You Can’t Wake Someone Who’s Not Ready to Wake 🌟

There are moments in life when you see someone stuck — so clearly, so deeply — and you just want to reach in and help.

But sometimes, no matter how much you care, you can’t.

Because you can’t wake someone who’s not ready to wake.

🥚 The Golden Egg

Imagine a golden egg, transparent from the outside.

Inside, someone you care about sits quietly, lost in their own world.

The egg looks beautiful. Polished. Safe.

But it also keeps the world out — including you.

You stand just outside.

Maybe it’s raining. Maybe it’s quiet.

You see them — but they can’t see you.

You try to call out, but your voice can’t reach.

You want to help.

But this egg? Only they can crack it open from the inside.

🌀 Emotional Readiness Isn’t Logic — It’s Timing

To outsiders, the answers might seem obvious:

  • Just change your mindset

  • Just walk out of that situation

  • Just choose peace

But inside the egg, everything feels foggy.

You may not even realise you’re in one.

Until the moment your soul stirs.

Until the moment you’re ready — really ready — to choose differently.

And until that happens, no amount of external help, advice, or love will truly land.

💡 So What Can We Do?

Instead of pushing, we can pause.

Instead of forcing change, we can honour the timing.

Let go of the idea that you must fix or save.

And remember:

Awakening is not something you do to someone. It’s something they must choose for themselves.

💬 If you’re outside the egg,

Stay rooted.

Stay soft.

And stay aligned with your own clarity.

Your groundedness becomes the lighthouse.

And when they’re ready — if they’re ready — they’ll begin to reach.

🪞 Your Turn

Is there someone in your life you’ve been trying to wake?

What would change if you let go of “waking” them — and focused instead on simply being the light they might one day turn toward?
