Trick Your Brain, Change Your Life? 🍕
I had a slice of pizza for dinner 🍕— secretly hoping everything would be alright 🙃
It’s not that I didn’t know carbs at night might upset my stomach…
I just surrendered to my cravings 😅✨
So no surprise —
In the middle of the night, I woke up with stomach pain 😖
No enzymes. No magic tea. Just me and my consequences.
I tried to fall back asleep…
But the ache kept calling 🌀
Then, a cheeky little thought slipped through:
💭 “What if this pain is an illusion?”
I whispered to my body:
“It’s okay. We’re safe. This isn’t real. You’re feeling better already.” 💬💗
…And guess what?
The pain softened.
I fell asleep 💤
Like actually slept — like magic 🪄
😳 Did I just trick my own brain?
And if that worked —
What else have I been unconsciously convincing myself is real? 🤯
What else could I reprogram?
We tell stories about the past 📖
Replay them on loop, believing they’re fixed.
But what if the real magic… is writing the story we want to live?
🎯 The future we choose to believe in?
Maybe reality bends more than we can explain 🧠💫
Maybe the brain doesn’t need proof — just a new instruction.
You’ve tricked it into fear before. Into doubt. Into playing small.
So what if you flipped the script?
What if you told your brain:
“I’m safe.”
“I’m ready.”
“This is the path I choose — not the one I’m stuck with.”
🛠️ Don’t just rewrite the past.
📜 Write the future.
💡 And train your mind to believe in it.
Not because it’s already true —
But because you’re already becoming the version who makes it so 🔥
