The Trap of Proving Is Self-Made 🧱

When we share too soon — while still healing, still finding our feet — our words can become bricks.

Bricks we use to build identity.

To sound wise. To feel “all figured out.”

And without realising, we trap ourselves in what we built.

If growth continues (as it always does),

we’ll eventually have to tear it down —

to outgrow the very image we tried to preserve.
